Sarah Olivia Hipwell
Our agency’s namesake, Sarah, credits her entrepreneurial journey to an early and enduring desire to make a lasting impact on others. She built SOM while attending the University of Richmond, where she earned dual degrees in Business Administration & Leadership Studies. She’s grown the agency from a one-woman show to a team of experienced, intelligent, and passionate professionals who create, market, and sell brands of the future. Sarah works hands-on with our clients, and leaves her signature touch on each one.

Chris Marie Hipwell
With over 30 years of sales and marketing experience, our co-owner, Chris, offers our clients a distinguished track record of leading multiple high performing management and leadership teams while also responsible for revenue growth for a variety of multi-billion-dollar brands. This mother-daughter executive team gives us an unmatched edge in our industry. Chris possesses a breadth of leadership and business skills that support our SOM team and our clients in our collective quest for marketplace authority and success.
